Refund policy

Anna Zoe Patterns sells digital PDF sewing patterns. Because digital files cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are final once access to the files has begun or the files have been downloaded.

I do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or printer/software setup issues. However, if you purchased the same pattern twice by mistake, received the wrong file, or are having trouble accessing your download, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.

For customers in the EU: you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, provided you have not accessed or downloaded the digital files. If you request immediate access to the digital files during the withdrawal period, you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content may begin right away and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access or download begins. 

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply where you live.
