Refund policy

Anna Zoe Patterns sells digital PDF sewing patterns. Because digital files cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are final once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

I do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or printer/software setup issues. However, if you purchased the same pattern twice by mistake, received the wrong file, or are having trouble accessing your download, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.

For customers in the EU: if you have not accessed or downloaded your digital files, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. If you request immediate access to the digital files and begin the download/access process during that period, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access or download begins.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply where you live.
